There was a time I was doing all the life-y things, climbing the corporate ladder, achieving, over-delivering, and trying to take care of everyone else along the way. I looked “together” on the outside. On the inside, I was unraveling. I no longer knew who I was in my own life.
Eventually, the unraveling caught up to me. An anxiety attack stopped me in my tracks, sudden, terrifying, and impossible to ignore. That moment didn’t break me. It broke me open.
It was the beginning of something new. Not a perfect transformation, but a quiet turning toward myself.
I leaned into the practices I had carried quietly for years, meditation, Ayurveda inspired self-care, and the kind of coaching that helps you reconnect with yourself. Over time, they became the foundation of the Four Rs I live by: Recognize, Release, Rebuild, and Realign. Recognize what is true. Release what you no longer need to carry. Rebuild with intention. Realign, not just once, but again and again.
These practices have changed my life, and they continue to support me in real ways. I chose to become certified so I could teach them with integrity, structure, and care. I wanted my clients to feel supported by training, not just inspiration.
I continue my education because well-being is not a one-time fix. It evolves as life evolves, seasons shift, stress changes, and your nervous system needs different kinds of support. I stay a student of this work so I can guide with steadiness, humility, and real-world understanding.
My life is full and tangled. I’m a mother. A sister. An Aunt. A friend. A daughter. A caregiver. A teacher. A leader. I love my Friday nights with a glass of wine and Netflix, and my Saturday nights are filled with big laughter and the people I love. I find joy in the little things. I’m still learning how to honor myself in the middle of all of it, and I’m deeply grateful for that.
That is why I founded INtangled Balance, to offer others the same space I once needed, and return too. A place to pause, breathe, and learn to reconnect with what is real for you. Our well-being is not a luxury; it is our foundation.
Curious what could change when you stop striving and start aligning?
