What is INtangled Balance?

INtangled Balance is a wellness space that helps you reconnect with yourself through meditation, Ayurveda, and integrative coaching. It’s about honoring your individuality and finding realistic ways to restore balance.

Who do you work with?

I work with people who feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are ready to take charge of their health and well-being. If you are craving intentional shifts, grounded support, and sustainable practices and tools that fit your everyday life, we will likely be a good fit.

What is an Integrative Wellness Coach?

An Integrative Wellness Coach supports the whole of you—mind, body, and spirit. I combine coaching, mindfulness, and lifestyle tools to help you make aligned choices that support your personal and emotional well-being.

Meditation

What is meditation?

Meditation is a practice of training your attention, so the mind can slow down and the body can shift into a calmer state. As you settle in, your nervous system can move toward a parasympathetic, rest-and-restore response, helping the body release stress and soften tension.

During meditation, thoughts may still come and go, but you learn to relate to them with more steadiness and ease. These benefits carry into daily life: less stress reactivity, clearer thinking, steadier emotions, improved sleep, and a greater ability to respond with intention instead of running on autopilot.

What kind of meditation do you teach?

I teach Primordial Sound Meditation, a silent mantra-based meditation technique rooted in the Vedic tradition. It’s simple to learn and designed for everyday life—even if your mind feels busy.

Do I need any experience?

No experience is needed. Whether you’re just starting out or returning after a break, you’ll receive support and guidance every step of the way.

What’s included in the 4 Session Primordial Sound Meditation course?

Four sessions total. Can be done 1:1 or group. The sessions are typically done withing 1-7 days. You get access to the private client portal and app that includes PSM guided meditations timed for your comfort level, meditation music, and other guided meditations and resources. What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an ancient system of wellness that looks at the whole person, body, mind, habits, and environment. It teaches that balance is personal, and that how you eat, sleep, move, work, and handle stress should match your unique nature.

A key part of Ayurveda is understanding the doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, which describe patterns of energy in the body and mind. Most people have a unique blend. When your doshas are in balance, you tend to feel steady and well. When they are out of balance, you may notice stress, fatigue, digestion issues, sleep problems, or feeling emotionally off.

Ayurveda uses simple, practical tools, like daily routines, supportive foods, rest, herbs, and lifestyle practices, to help you return to balance in a way that fits you.

Do you give nutrition or medical advice?

No. I offer education and support based on Ayurvedic lifestyle practices—not medical or dietary advice. If needed, I encourage you to consult with your doctor or a licensed provider.

Coaching Programs

What does your coaching program include?

Coaching is available in 3- or 6-month options, either 1:1 or in a group. We use tools that resonate for you, for example, looking at your Circle of Life, self-reflection, mindful habits, and seasonal awareness to explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to support real change that is personalized for your wellness lifestyle.

Can I blend meditation, Ayurveda, and coaching?

Yes. You can take a course, join a coaching program, or combine services into a package that works for you. We’ll discuss what makes the most sense during your Clarity Call.

What is your pricing?

Pricing varies depending on whether you’re joining a private 1:1 course, group course, or coaching program. I offer several options to fit your needs and preferences. Book a Clarity Call, to walk through what’s available and what works best for you.

Are your sessions online or in person?

Sessions are online and accessible from anywhere. Occasionally, I offer in-person sessions or seasonal workshops.  Updates are shared through my email list.

How do I schedule a session?

You can book a Clarity Call. After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation and Zoom link.

What if I still have questions?
