WHAT IS PRIMORDIAL SOUND MEDITATION?

Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) is a timeless technique from the ancient Vedic wisdom, India’s oldest spiritual teachings. At the heart of the practice is your primordial sound, a personalized mantra calculated using the date, time, and place of your birth. 

This sound carries the vibrational essence of the universe at the moment you came into the world. It becomes your anchor, gently guiding you back to your natural state of balance and presence. 

You'll learn how PSM connects to Vedic tradition, one of the oldest wisdom system on Earth. Through personalized mantra and gentle guidance, this practice helps you go beyond thoughts and access the stillness at the core of who you are.

Session 1:

The Power of Meditation

  • 90 minutes (Private or Group)

  • Learn the philosophy and science behind Primordial Sound Meditation.

  • You willl explore the origin of this practice, how mantras work.

  • How meditation supports stress release, clarity, and healing.

  • The role of the mind, thoughts, and the silent space within.

Session 2:

Personal Mantra Instruction

  • 15 minutes (Private)

  • Receive your personalized mantra based on your date, time, and place of birth.

  • You will learn how to silently use this sound as an anchor in meditation and experience your first session using it.

  • This one-on-one is quiet, simple, and powerful.

Session 3:

Deeping the Practice

  • 90 minutes (Private or Group)

  • This session focuses on how to make meditation a sustainable part of your daily life.

  • We will cover when and where to meditate.

  • What to expect when thoughts or restlessness arise.

  • How to navigate emotional and physical release during practice.

Session 4:

Expanding Awareness

  • 90 minutes (Private or Group)

  • Explore the deeper possibilities of meditation and consciousness.

  • We will introduce the Seven States of Consciousness. From waking and dreaming to transcendental and cosmic states.

  • Reflect on how meditation supports your growth, even outside your practice.

No problem. I'll guide you through whats needed, and there are ways to calculate your mantra even with limited information.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you register we will book your four sessions, and I will reach out via email to help you prepare for the course.
